Character Design Final

Mignola Emulation

I did this for the third week of the emulation project in character design class.

I was waiting to post it until I had a chance to color it but I decided that wouldn't necessarily make it look better or more accurate to the style I'm trying to copy.

What do you think? How far off the mark am I?

Digital Painting/Character Design Final

 

This was my final for digital painting class which I also used as part of my final for character design class. I totally worked the system on this one. Go suck a donkey egg, system!!!

Also, this image is a concept piece for our senior film which is about the greatest hairdresser in the world.

Also, I'm sorry it's not very good.

Emulation

For character design class. We had to emulate different artists styles. The bottom one is in Rob Laro's style. Can you tell whose work the other two are supposed to be like?
